Super Hero Shuffle 5k/10k Run and WALK

Looking for runners AND WALKERS to participate in the Super Hero Shuffle 5k/10k run and walk held to raise awareness for childhood cancer, to provide positive distractions for the kids to help them "JUST BE KIDS", and to support the families financially through this period of crisis. This year's event will be held on Saturday, September 12 at the Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower in Hartford, IL.

Raise $100 or more and your registration fee will be waived!

Semi-Truck and Car Show Fire Truck Pull

IROH is proud to announce that HJH Trucking, Inc. is hosting a semi truck and car show as well as a Fire Truck Pull to benefit Isaac's Rays of Hope, a non-profit organization which supports kids with cancer receiving treatment in the Greater STL metro area.

3rd Annual Sunshine Run/Charity Walk:

Location: Melvin Price Locks and Dam, Alton, IL

The annual Sunshine Run/Charity Walk was another successful event! With over 200 participants, we were able to raise approximately
$8,000! Thank you to all of our volunteers for their efforts in running the event! Appreciation goes out to our sponsors and participants for their continued support! Please check out our pictures from this year's event! We look forward to seeing what next year brings!

Book/DVD Drive:

For Childhood Cancer Awareness month, kids of Isaac's Rays of Hope hosted a book drive at Saint Francis/Holy Ghost schools in
Jerseyville, IL. Over 150 books and 150 DVDs were collected for the children at Mercy Children's Hospital and SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center. While visiting Mercy Children's Hospital, IROH proudly donated $5,000 to the children and families in the Hem/Onc department for out of pocket expenses related to treatments, i.e., co-payments, deductibles, transportation expenses, etc.

Be the Match - Bone Marrow Registry Drive:

A bone marrow drive was held with Be The Match in honor of Kelsie Scoggins, a young lady from Kane, IL who is in need of a second
bone marrow transplant. We were able to sign up 34 new bone marrow donors on the Be the Match registry and raised over $300!
